RWS TMS Integration
Approved #3406

Story Statement

As a localization coordinator, I want integration with RWS TMS to be both functional and robust so that translation handoffs, status synchronization, and exception scenarios are handled reliably.

Business Value

- Improves interoperability with AGCO enterprise systems. - Reduces manual transfer steps in downstream delivery. - Increases reliability of automated data exchange, including edge-case handling.

Acceptance Criteria
  • Given translatable content is ready, when handoff is triggered, then jobs are created in RWS TMS.
  • Given translation status changes, when synchronization runs, then CCMS status is updated accordingly.
  • Given a translation job is canceled or modified in TMS, when synchronization runs, then CCMS reflects the same state correctly.
  • Given retries occur after failures, when jobs are reprocessed, then duplicate or conflicting states are avoided.
  • Given job exceptions occur, when coordinators review integration status, then issues are visible, actionable, and traceable in integration history.
